Website Membership and Participation Eligibility

Persons registering for membership at Birmingham View Online requires persons to be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older to participate and/or be a member and receive membership benefits. You must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to participate in our surveys or be invited to Birmingham View events, unless otherwise specified. By becoming a member of Birmingham View Online, you voluntarily enter your personal information to our website. However, anyone can visit and navigate through our website without giving us any personal information.

We may also survey visitors about various topics, including local events and experiences, television viewing preferences and ways to improve our website. Response to these surveys is entirely voluntary.
