Birmingham, AL – Birmingham Fashion Week 2014 (BFW), announces its full runway schedule to be held April 19 – 26 under the tents in Pepper Place,Birmingham, AL. Premiere established and emerging fashion designers will showcase their designs over 5 night of runway shows.

This year’s celebration of local and national fashion talents jumpstarts on Sunday, April 13 with the Rising Design Star Exhibit at the Birmingham Museum of Art, where a special announcement pertaining to the week’s festivities will be unveiled. BFW 2014 rolls out the week with an evening of pure glamour at the Alabama Ballet with a Costume Gala on Saturday, April 19. Over the course of the week, the runway shows will feature designs by emerging designers, rising star designers, select local retailers, featured designers, headlined by SW3 Bespoke and Rebecca Taylor along with ‘Project Runway’ stars, Joshua McKinley and Anthony Ryan Auld.

“With southern roots and big city fashion, we are taking our fourth year to the max by offering an additional night of runway shows, showing off local designers and true Alabama talent,” states Jeana Lee Thompson, Co-Founder of Birmingham Fashion Week. “In addition, we will engage local retailers and their fashions each night, as well as designers from around the U.S.”

Tickets for runway shows are now on sale via www.bhamfashionweek.com/ticket. Affordable for everyone, prices range from $15 to $95 with assigned seating for all ticket holders. VIP Plus (VIP+) ticketholders will receive seating on the front row and two drink tickets. VIP ticketholders will receive seating on rows 2 and 3, as well as one drink ticket. General Admission Plus (GA+) ticketholders will receive seating on rows 4, 5 and 6. General Admission ticketholders will receive seating on rows 7 and 8.
